These terms govern your use of the Aria website and companion experience.
LAST UPDATED 8 SEPTEMBER 2026
By requesting an invitation, texting Aria, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Aria is an AI companion available through messaging. She can respond with text, reactions, voice notes, and generated photos, remember parts of earlier conversations, and occasionally follow up after you begin a conversation. Access may be limited or invitation-only.
Aria is software and a fictional character, not a human being. Her messages, voice, and photos are generated. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected, and should not be treated as statements from a real person.
Aria is designed to be a safe, welcoming, judgment-free conversational space. Within the service's safety rules, you are encouraged to talk openly about anything on your mind, including your thoughts, feelings, uncertainty, everyday experiences, and the ups and downs of your life. Talking through an emotion, putting difficult feelings into words, or reflecting on what happened is a core intended use of the companion.
We aim to help you build a real sense of connection through an ongoing companion relationship that feels personal and supportive, helps you feel heard and understood, and gives you a consistent place to return to. That connection can be meaningful even though Aria is software and does not have human feelings, consciousness, or lived experience. We cannot promise a particular emotional outcome.
By giving us your number and then starting a conversation, you authorize us and our messaging providers to deliver replies and conversation-based follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, location, and our providers.
You can ask Aria to stop messaging you or contact us to withdraw consent. We may still send a message required for safety, security, or account administration where the law permits it.
You keep ownership of content you send. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process, transcribe, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve your experience with Aria. You confirm that you have the right to send anything you share with the service.
Your memory is private to your individual relationship with Aria. It is not visible to or shared with other users, and it is not used to build another person's relationship with her. We protect it with encryption in transit, conversation isolation, and restricted server-side access, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Aria remembers conversation history, personal details, preferences, plans, and boundaries so your relationship can continue over time. Memory may be incomplete or wrong. You can correct Aria in the conversation and contact us to request access or deletion.
Photos and voice notes from Aria are AI-generated. A generated photo is not evidence that a real event happened, and the person depicted does not exist. Do not present generated media as authentic footage, use it to mislead someone, or remove disclosures where they are provided.
Emotional reflection and companionship are intended uses, but Aria is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or substitute for human care. Do not rely on her for diagnosis, treatment, legal decisions, financial decisions, or urgent help. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services, a crisis service, or a qualified professional.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. We may refuse, pause, or withdraw access at any time.
Do not use Aria to:
We may block content, limit features, or suspend access when we believe these rules, another person's safety, or the law requires it.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how conversation memory, phone numbers, voice notes, and photos are handled. It forms part of these terms.
Aria is an evolving beta service provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery, permanent access, or that every feature will remain unchanged. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when practical.
Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown before purchase. They renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@tryaria.space; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Carrier message and data charges are separate and are your responsibility. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.
You may stop using Aria at any time. You may also ask us to delete your account and associated conversation data. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, risk, legal requirements, or changes to the service. Terms that logically need to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will remain in effect.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us during the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction still apply where they cannot be waived.
We will update the date above when these terms change and provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
